Images appear to show Michy Batshuayi in conversation with police as they prepare to tow his Lamborghini Huracan, which is valued at roughly $240,000, multiple outlets report.
Chelsea new boy Michy Batshuayi has had his £180,000 Lamborghini towed away while on holiday in Ibiza.
The Belgian was also fined £300 after leaving his vehicle parked in the shade.
Batshuayi is enjoying some time off before starting pre-season with the Bluesfollowing his £33million switch from Marseille.
He left his car under a tree but returned to it being towed by Spanish police.
According to local media, he later recovered the flash vehicle from a council-run car pound on Monday afternoon, paying £330 to cover the fine and tow truck.
A specialist crane was required to tow the vehicle as the flame-coloured sports car, which reaches speeds of up to 202mph, wouldn’t fit on the normal tow truck.
Batshuayi played for Belgium at Euro 2016, who were dumped out at the quarter-final stage by Wales.
He hit 23 goals last term, including 17 in Ligue 1, catching the eye of new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.
The new Chelsea boss will start work with the club on Wednesday with the Blues’ international players set to return in the next couple of weeks.
