The Japanese Are Creating An Elevator Into Space

Representatives of a construction company from Tokyo claim that they have created a space elevator project with a height of 96,000 kilometers.

The cable will be of nanotubes, and the cabin is designed for 30 people. Lifting speed – 200 km / h. To reach the geostationary orbit, the elevator will take seven days to tail.

From the continuation of the lift cable, which will go 60 thousand kilometers above the stationary orbit of our planet, will make another part of this design.

Here, the spacecraft will need a little extra speed to go to other planets in the solar system.

Elevator promise to complete by 2050.
